About The Position

Collaborates with Manager to achieve program objectives and overall program mission. Assists with the development and planning of programs to support the department. Develops relationships with and acts as a liaison to internal and external contacts. Assists with data collection, data entry and other computer needs supporting department objectives as appropriate. Attends staff meetings and assists program staff to meet department needs. About The Outer Banks Hospital The Outer Banks Hospital is a full-service critical access hospital offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. The 21-bed facility is designed to meet the needs of the coastal community, whose year-round population of approximately 35,000 swells to about 350,000 in the summer season. Its campus includes four ORs, a medical/surgical unit, a labor & delivery suite with a dedicated caesarian section OR, a full rehabilitation therapy center, cancer treatment and radiation therapy center, and a 24-hour emergency department. Requirements

• High School, equivalent or higher is required.
• Additional training may be required.
• One year of progressively related experience, beyond three years may be substituted for 1 year of the required education, with a maximum substitution of two years.
• 2 - 3 years experience is required.
