The Baker Center for Children and Families (also known as Judge Baker Children's Center), promotes the best possible mental health of children and families through the integration of research, intervention, training, and policy. The Program Assistant will provide a wide range of support services to the Director of Assessment Services and clinic leadership, as well as staff clinicians and trainees. The Program Assistant will report to the Director of Assessment Services & Director of Business Operations and will provide direct clinical and administrative assistance in support of the Center for Effective Therapy (CET) operations. We are looking for an individual who is excited about supporting a collaborative, dynamic team of professionals working to improve mental health care for youth and families. Individuals seeking experience in the mental health field prior to applying to graduate school in clinical psychology or another related field are strongly encouraged to apply. Individuals in this position will be supporting the neuropsychological services at CET. This includes screening, intake, and scheduling, as well as administrating, and scoring neuropsychological assessments. Additionally, there may be opportunities to learn about and observe various evidence-based therapy practices and participate in an internal graduate school preparation workshop series.
