The Program Assistant for Engineering, Technology, & Media Arts at the Colorado Community College System (CCCS) provides essential administrative support to the Career & Technical Education (CTE) team. This role focuses on managing conference logistics, accounting processes, and ensuring effective communication with local chapters. The position is designed for individuals looking to make a direct impact on Colorado students through their administrative work.

  • Reconcile student dollar accounts in QuickBooks, process payments, and communicate with local chapters regarding invoices.
  • Plan and coordinate events for TSA conferences, including state and national leadership conferences.
  • Maintain websites and coordinate travel arrangements through a travel agency.
  • Review contracts, invoices, and procurement card charges for discrepancies before submission for payment.
  • Provide administrative support at the ACE State Leadership Conference.
  • Two years of office support experience, with education substituting for experience on a year-for-year basis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks, and/or similar applications in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite products such as Photoshop and Premiere.
  • Knowledge of virtual platforms, website management, graphic design, video editing, and social media.
