About The Position

The Institute is currently seeking a Program Assistant to join our Digital Finance team.

Requirements

College degree required.
At least two years of work-related experience.
Strong command of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills.
High degree of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate and act with tact, judgment, and energy.

Responsibilities

Arrange meetings and appointments and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar.
Proof final external documents.
Provide editorial support on draft papers, briefing notes, and memos.
Draft paragraphs/sections as needed for reports.
Assist in the collection of relevant information for reports.
Maintain computer/tech proficiency in Protech, Excel, Audacity (audio editing software).
Assist in the preparation of special studies and presentations for the Department.
Contribute to the research needs/reports of the Institute.
