About The Position

The program assistant will work with the Instruction Administrator to collect and maintain accurate enrollment and certification data for all ARC students and teachers. Position may be up to 10 hours/week.

Requirements

• Associate degree in related field
• Experience working with data collection and reporting
• Proficient in word, excel, and other software
• Able to use Google Docs and other relevant software
• Able to work independently and accurately
• Able to work on campus one or two days a week, as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Possess teacher certification
• Experience in a teacher education program

Responsibilities

• Program data collection
• Monitoring student progress through program
• Creating semester enrollment data reports
• Populating Live Text
• Maintaining accurate enrollment data
• Interviewing ARC applicants
• Other tasks, as needed
