The Program Analyst position at the Department of the Interior focuses on enhancing the Maximo system used for asset management within the Bureau of Reclamation. Prepare and coordinate responses to suggestions, comments, and programmatic feedback.
Identify necessary Maximo program improvements and lead teams to develop changes to procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Prepare informational materials such as factsheets and newsletters about the Maximo system and program requirements.
Serve as the point of contact for questions about the Maximo system and related issues.
Provide training and support to Maximo system users using appropriate technology or medium.
Conduct briefings for senior management on policies, plans, and programmatic requirements.
Represent the organization in presentations related to the Maximo system and program to stakeholders and the public.
Plan, organize, and oversee efforts and projects for the Maximo system and program.

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in federal service, demonstrating knowledge of IBM Maximo and its application in an organization.
Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams and Maximo system users.
Experience collaborating with IT resources to identify and resolve Maximo system errors.
Experience in developing policy and guidelines for the usage of an organization's Maximo system.
Experience in identifying metrics for program improvements and monitoring effectiveness.

Experience in developing programmatic budget requests for an organization's Maximo program.
Strong communication skills to convey program changes and issues to stakeholders.
