About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Research state healthcare workforce shortages
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Develop and update policies and procedures on grant administration
  • Conduct literature reviews to stay relevant on healthcare workforce shortages
  • Review applications and accompanying materials for completeness and accuracy
  • Develop application scoring criteria
  • Monitor grantees' progress via compliance reports
  • Draft internal and external reports regarding grantee progress
  • Evaluate awardee progress reports in comparison to approved budget
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert on statutory requirements and University of California policies and procedures related to grants, funding, and audits
  • Track and monitor budgets and financial expenditures for the program and program awardees
  • Draft internal controls for ensuring appropriate use of funds
  • Author and update materials based on feedback from Advisory Council
  • Write quarterly progress reports
