About The Position
The Program Analyst will support the Public Works Department (PWD) at NAVFAC Facilities Engineering Command SE by analyzing and preparing budget requests, presenting budget justifications, and resolving budgetary issues. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of budget execution policies and the ability to recommend funding adjustments to ensure mission initiatives are met.
