About The Position

GDIT is seeking a Program Analyst Associate to help support our JSP ETM-NG contract in Arlington, VA. This is a HYBRID position. GDIT is your place. The Program Analyst Associate performs a variety of general administrative and analytical tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT Provide overall support to the PMO Organization Responsible for maintaining Team Mailbox, responding to and resolving customer and supplier inquiries within established timelines Initiation and tracking of IT requests and escalations, ensuring timely resolution Assist with subcontractor on-boarding and off-boarding for the program. Processing subcontractor purchase requisitions Resolving Invoice and Purchase Order related issues ensuring timely payments to partners and suppliers Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group, or customer. Compiles various contract, program, and financial data using various database programs and/or reports Responsible for input and verification of data; reviews source documents for accuracy of input data; reviews, follows up, and resolves errors during processing cycle; may be responsible for integrity of certain database information; investigates questionable data and takes corrective action when necessary; maintains files; generates reports and may analyze specific database information. Responsible for ensuring compliance with recognized standards and practices. Reviews all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness. Participates in special projects as required. Requirements

  • Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance
  • Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Year's Experience: 2+ year's of related administrative experience (i.e. maintaining files, generating reports, etc)
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
