About The Position

The Program Analyst will be responsible for software acquisition, data entry, and information management of the asset tool Flexera/FlexNet. The Program Assistant will also make recommendations regarding software acquisition, reports, of historical and future purchases. They will also assist the team in maintaining compliance of systems and records.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Government purchasing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have strong negotiating skills.
• Must have the ability to perform analytical work in an office setting.
• Must have experience in written and oral communication.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner.
• Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have at least a Secret clearance
• Must have a Security + CE certification.
• Knowledge in safeguarding classified information.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

• Create orders in FlexEra/Flexnet and update the software license.
• Update Remedy/ServiceNow tickets as needed.
• Download software from NIPR to SIPR as needed.
• Manage Tanium/SCCM/Splunk/AD Reports to verify licenses usage.
• Communicate any recommendations for software usage to Project Manager
• Create and update Spreadsheets, and PO’s as needed.
