Provide analysis and support to assigned program area by planning, developing, monitoring and evaluating projects, programs and policies. Serve as strategic analyst on activities associated with assigned Division. Lead efforts to plan, develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate assigned program areas. Identify and apply metrics in reporting and tracking. Ensure accountability, integrity and clearly articulated business processes. Improve efficiencies and automation wherever feasible.
