About The Position

We are looking for a Program Analyst to join our Global Program Solutions team.  Generate SLA, benchmarking and compliance reporting.  Analyze trend data for client business and provides recommendations to Program Manager and/or client to drive incremental revenue, compliance and/or performance goals.  Consult with Program Managers and Clients on the access and use of standard reports.  Assist with the implementation and maintenance of CWT products and services.  Help the Program Manager with initiatives outlined in client business plans.  Collaborate with Program Managers in the creation and production of client review presentation materials; play an active role in the delivery of the client review.  Act as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and aptitude for software applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead project across functions

Nice To Haves

• Prefer experience in Travel Management industry.
• Preference for candidate location is Dallas, Texas with consideration for all virtual U.S. based locations
