Significance is seeking an immediate need for a Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) in managing and enhancing its DRRS Program. This role provides program management support, coordinates readiness reporting efforts, and ensures alignment with Marine Corps policies and procedures. The DRRS Analyst will work closely with HQ, regional, and installation staff to refine and implement readiness metrics, develop training materials, and support leadership briefings.

  • Supporting MCICOM leadership in obtaining approvals for revised Mission Essential Tasks (METs) and Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs) based on the April 2024 conference.
  • Coordinating with HQ, regional, and installation staff to develop and refine equipment and personnel readiness measures.
  • Updating policies, guidebooks, and training materials to reflect the revised METs and METLs, ensuring they align with DRRS reporting requirements.
  • Assisting in MCICOM’s quarterly DRRS reporting, including compiling and presenting readiness briefs to key stakeholders such as the COMMCICOM, AC/S G-3/5, Regional Commanders, and Institutional Readiness Boards.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate DRRS reporting inputs from MCICOM regions to Plans, Policies & Operations (PP&O).
  • Aligning DRRS reporting with broader PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) efforts and other command reporting activities.
  • Analyzing COLS (Common Output Level Standards) performance data to assess DRRS-related issues.
  • Track readiness issues, prepare advocacy materials for leadership, and support working group meetings, including O-6, executive, and commandant institutional readiness working groups.
  • 4-10 years of experience supporting program analysis, readiness reporting, or military operational planning.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively coordinate across multiple stakeholders and leadership levels.
  • 2+ years of experience working with DRRS, preferably within the USMC or DoD.
  • Familiarity with MCICOM readiness reporting, MET/METL frameworks, and DRRS data systems.
  • Experience supporting PPBE processes and aligning readiness reporting with budgetary planning.
  • Strong briefing and reporting skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
