As an IT business analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge systems. Working with your team of technologists and alongside leading aviation technology experts, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience c ond ucting research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presenting recommendations of short and long-term program planning requirements
  • Experience c ond ucting system analysis and design activities, requirements analysis, evaluation of interfaces, and system level design, and interfacing with users on functional requirements
  • Experience with Agile
  • Experience with DevSecOps, cybersecurity policies , and best practices
  • Experience with configuration and risk management
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to assess and report on system performance measurements, determine impacts, perform testing, and review test materials
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
