The Program Analyst will support multiple Army Acquisition projects, including Delivery Orders and Program/Technical Instructions. This role is essential to ensuring efficient project execution, compliance, and successful delivery of systems to the field. The selected candidate will provide centralized visibility into project planning, scheduling, and performance while maintaining accurate documentation and objective evidence to meet Quality Management System requirements and audit standards. The analyst will assist the Government Project Lead in managing project scope, schedule, acquisition strategy, risks, costs, suppliers, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the role involves facilitating, scheduling, and tracking Integrated Product Team meetings and managing meeting inputs, outputs, and minutes to support effective decision-making.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Perform portfolio management activities in compliance with acquisition regulations and quality standards.
  • Track project status and deliverables to ensure alignment with approved schedules and budgets.
  • Develop and submit Purchase Requests with appropriate supporting documentation and cost estimates.
  • Review technical drawings and kitting materials to support fabrication processes.
  • Receive, inventory, store, and distribute materials while maintaining required certifications (e.g., certificates of conformity).
  • Coordinate projects and support activities across government teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Train and mentor personnel on acquisition processes and project execution practices.
  • Assist the Government Project Lead in managing project scope, schedule, acquisition strategy, risks, costs, suppliers, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate, schedule, and track Integrated Product Team meetings and manage meeting inputs, outputs, and minutes to support effective decision-making.
