About The Position

Torch is seeking Program Analyst to support the HAWK Project Office with the global HAWK mission and Partner Nations. As a Program Analyst your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: The Program Analyst will evaluates, improves, and manages organizational programs by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and developing strategic recommendations for better performance, efficiency, and goal achievement, often involving stakeholder communication, budget review, policy compliance, and creating reports/dashboards to guide management decisions. Will act as a bridge between data and strategy, ensuring programs meet objectives through analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in business or engineering or equivalent experience
A minimum of 8 years program related experience and prior management experience
The position requires that the candidate currently holds an active secret level security clearance to access classified information
Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in the candidate being ineligible for this position
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and critical thinking
Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau and other products
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
