About The Position

Sierra Technologies is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Contingency Response Center (NCRC) in Lexington Park, Maryland. This role supports critical planning and analysis efforts to enhance NAVAIR’s wartime readiness and fleet engagement. This is a hybrid position with on-site work required at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. At times, work hours may vary and potentially require evening, night and/or weekend work with short notice.

Requirements

BA/BS degree
Ability to work on-site at Patuxent River, MD
Ability to work nights and weekends if needed
General understanding of NAVAIR
Critical thinking skills
Desire to learn and grow within the position
Ability to travel if needed
Secret clearance required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

Support the NCRC lead in stakeholder coordination and management, reporting and data analysis, communication across the enterprise.
Develop and execute real-time policy for responding to mission requirements.
Professional interactions with senior NAVAIR leadership.
