About The Position

The Program Analyst Associate provides high-level program and operational support to the leadership team. This role is responsible for managing communications, processing expense reports, and coordinating and organizing director-level activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or teams simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to leadership activities
  • Coordinate meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up communications
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports in accordance with company policies
  • Reconcile receipts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Support basic budget tracking and administrative financial reporting as needed
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for directors
  • Schedule meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Prioritize appointments and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support planning and logistics for meetings, reviews, and events
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and administrative processes
