About The Position

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Experience in budget planning and execution, acquisition, contract, project, and financial management including requirements gathering, analysis, integration, prioritization, costing, tactical analysis, advising, monitoring, tracking, and performing budgeting, expenditure, and contract management functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in budget planning and execution to ensure fiscally responsible usage of funds.
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing program/funding requirements for validity, approval, and conformance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Serving as a Contracting Officer Representative responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the contract compliance of JSSC contracts.
  • Monitoring planned and actual budget execution and deliverable completion, alerting management when problems arise.
