As a Ground Systems Engineering and Integration Support (GSIS) management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you'll provide program and project management expertise in supporting a U.S. Space Force (USSF) client. You'll work with program leadership to manage cost, schedule, and performance to support SSC using tools like Microsoft Excel to analyze budgets and tracking information, Microsoft Project to manage schedules, Microsoft Word to develop contractual and other technical documents, and Microsoft PowerPoint to develop presentations.   • Provide program and project management expertise in supporting a U.S. Space Force (USSF) client.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance to support SSC.
  • Analyze budgets and tracking information using Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Develop contractual and other technical documents using Microsoft Word.
  • Create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ensure project compliance with Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) and Acquisition Advisory Services (AAS) acquisition policies.
  • Manage projects in compliance with OCONUS regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Integrate security, travel, and acquisition regulations into comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • 6+ years of experience in Program Management or Acquisition Management.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience ensuring project compliance with FEDSIM and AAS acquisition policies.
  • Experience managing projects in compliance with OCONUS regulations.
  • Knowledge of in-country requirements and protocols relevant to key Combatant Commands.
  • Knowledge of Foreign Travel Regulations (FTR) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with metrics, business process reengineering, business case analysis, electronic workflow, cost estimation, and strategic planning.
