This role will formulate and define the scope and requirements for the Housing Choice Voucher Program projects and systems enhancements. The role will devise and modify procedures and processes in answer to complex business problems considering application functionality, staff resources, and business needs of internal and external customers. The incumbent will participate as part of the divisional team to support systems use, test functionality changes, create user training documentation and document and map processes.
