HOW A HELP DESK TECHNICIAN WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Recognized as an aviation and air traffic control Subject Matter Expert, serving as a trusted advisor for customer leadership on complex, high-visibility initiatives. Performs complex administrative and analytical functions in support of one or more high-visibility contract programs, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance. Establishes and documents program requirements, leading or conducting in-depth analysis to identify optimal program strategy Develops comprehensive execution plans to meet mission requirements for assigned programs, actively monitoring progress and supporting successful implementation. Continuously monitors emerging technologies and evolving risk landscapes, assessing potential impacts to program execution and advising on mitigation strategies. Serves as primary liaison with customers and industry representative, ensuring adherence to customer requirements while proactively recognizing and mitigating risks Advises and educates the customer and other industry representatives on program requirements and best practices, enabling informed decision making and consistent execution. May serve as a team or task lead, regularly engaging with senior-level officials and executive stakeholders to resolve issues and align priorities. May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 15+ years of related experience
  • Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative and adaptable.

Responsibilities
