Amentum is currently recruiting for a Program Analyst (PPBE) to join our team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA to support our Department of the Army, G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support contract. Duties include: Assist in developing documentation to justify Army plans, including but not limited to, assisting leadership monitor Cyberspace Operations budget and execution functions (PPBE), conduct non-governmental financial process functions as needed, and provide recommended budgetary controls. Independently investigate and provide written analysis with recommendations on emerging technologies and the convergence of technologies and capabilities and its effect on Cyberspace Operations. Participate in selected program reviews, working groups, and councils on strategy, policy, and requirements in current and future cyberspace programs. Conduct expert qualitative and quantitative analysis to assist with initiatives and policies. Report findings and make expert recommendations to the Government in a variety of formats such as correspondence, reports, position papers, fact sheets, briefings, and memorandums for general officers and senior executive civilians within the DoD. Provide tailored extracts from Army and OSD financial databases for financial reporting. Maintain visibility over the Cyberspace Activities Budget funding and manpower and shall assist in providing updates to the SNaPIT for Cyberspace funding and manpower. Assist with the development of the annual resource brief for Cyberspace Activities to Congressional Staffers. Provide subject matter expertise on Army cyberspace offensive and defensive capabilities and DODIN operations acquisition processes and shall provide analysis and provide recommendations for improvements to the DCO, Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO), and DODIN Ops. Review cyberspace operational needs documents and assist in the development of cost-benefit analysis for cyberspace capabilities and shall perform cost-benefit analysis to recommend cyber courses of action. Provide analysis and coordinate with Cyber, EW, activities and provide analysis and recommendations to Army positions on Cyber, EW training, ranges and platforms, persistent training environment – acquisition and sustainment. Maintain situational awareness of Cyberspace, EW, capability requirements as they are updated and prioritized by the Cyber CoE in concert with ARCYBER and HQDA G-3/5/7. Monitor the Task Management tools to help ensure the timely delivery of products and shall serve as coordinator for the staffing and review of DOD and Joint cyberspace related publications. Participate as an advisor in Army, DoD, and Joint cyber projects, studies, and workgroups, and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement. Assist the Government in providing weekly SITREP inputs and brief Stakeholders about ongoing HQDA cyberspace actions. Support the development of briefings, information/decision papers, staffing packages, EXORDS, letters, memorandums and official multimedia correspondence. Upon request, the Contractor shall prepare meeting minutes/EXSUMs 24 hours post meeting to inform leadership and assist in their decision making. Provide subject matter expertise and give input to the Army, attend meetings/work groups and supporting the Army to DoD community for the development of cyberspace related databases. Be familiar with and develop HQDA level correspondence, briefings and support for O-6 through GO/SES. Schedule rooms, VTC sessions, maintain contact lists, and disseminate notifications, agendas, read-ahead packages meetings and conferences. Provide database extracts as input for briefings, reviews, audits and inquiries from Congress, DoD and Army. Create and maintain a Continuity Book for this position that is easily accessible to the other staff in the office area
