About The Position

ATS is seeking a qualified Knowledge Management Specialist to support the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) Contract with Simulation/Stimulation training support. Support to the MTC shall include integrated individual and collective Mission Command (MC) staff training and exercise via live, virtual and constructive modeling and simulations (e.g., Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC)) for home station, mission planning and rehearsal, and pre-deployment training ranging from platoon up to Combined Joint Task Forces (CJTF) levels with its Areas of Operations, to include Constructive and Gaming support to Title 10 Army training, Joint Training Plan (JTP), Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) engagement plan, Mission Rehearsals, Joint Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM), and other multinational training are critical support elements for the MTC.

Requirements

• Experience working in the Microsoft SharePoint environment and Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience designing and implementing web design, collaboration tools, and content management.
• Experience designing and implementing web parts and SharePoint dashboards.
• Thorough knowledge of the Army Mission Command Information System sustainment course offerings available at the MTC.
• Knowledge of resources required to conduct computer-driven simulations for various military exercises.
• 3 to 5 years' demonstrated experience managing Physical Security and Access controlled areas.
• Experience with Army Key Control policies and procedures outlined in AR 190-11.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as the Knowledge Management Lead for the facility.
• Access and regularly work with Government sensitive data and may represent the Government at meetings and conferences.
• Receive training requests, track and approve requests, and follow up with customers for all scheduling needs.
• Responsible for content management on the MTC Share Point portal, social media, and media production capabilities in support of training and exercises.
• Interface with MTC Government Knowledge Management Leads.
