About The Position

This job is to support the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Authority. The ideal candidate brings program analysis, helpdesk, and QAT experience to support financial analysis and technical support to maintain FAA ATC systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service management functions related to helpdesk support, tier II systems analysis, ticket resolution, incident and problem management
• Hands-on experience in service now workflow, systems analysis, regression and QA testing, and delivery support
• Assist staff in program management analysis, status updates, deliverables development, and after-action review reporting.
