About The Position

Are you passionate about providing crucial analytical and program support to engineers and contributing to the success of innovative projects? If so, Engineering Project Support Services has an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a motivated and analytical Program Analyst to join our team supporting the Collins Aerospace Interiors SBU across multiple Wastewater and Lavatories programs. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering leadership to provide program controls support, data-driven insights, and operational coordination that help drive successful program execution. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, analyzing Earned Value performance, and coordinating Risk & Opportunity management across a portfolio of programs. This position plays a critical role in improving program visibility, supporting informed decision making, and ensuring alignment across engineering, program management, and finance stakeholders. This is an onsite position based in Everett, Washington.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as definedhttps://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
  • Experience developing, maintaining, or analyzing Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Experience with Earned Value concepts and performance metrics (CPI, SPI, EV, PV, and AC)

  • Experience supporting Risk & Opportunity identification, tracking, and reporting
  • Experience interfacing, conducting business, and working collaboratively with various functional disciplines in a cross-matrix organization.
  • Working knowledge of RLPM or CMS program management frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization, including external and internal customers
  • Experience with Staffing Center and analyzing actuals (burn rate) to Demand/Forecast.

  • Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls.

Responsibilities

  • General understanding of the financial side of Project management such as labor planning, contractor labor tracking, material expense, accruals, and cost and schedule control.
  • Understanding of financial implications to projects and perform variance analysis (actual to prior & plan).
  • Creates and maintains Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Has ability to develop management information from the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to include corrective action, critical path analysis, performance tracking and reporting
  • Support engineering leads with operational aspects of program execution and assist program bid leads with day-to-day activities, including metrics analysis.
  • Produce reports, review process documentation, and lead process mapping initiatives.
  • Provide support for O365 Power Automation and other program tools (BMW, JIRA, Confluence) and deploy existing Confluence tools and widgets to project spaces.
  • Act as a communication liaison between Engineering, Program Management, and other stakeholders to ensure teams meet schedule requirements.
  • Demonstrate tenacity in obtaining necessary information to make decisions and effectively handle multiple engineering tasks and issues.
  • Provide logical, in-depth analysis of problems or situations and coordinate and lead activities with various stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate understanding of information among all parties and organize project details meticulously.
  • Display energy, persistence, and a positive attitude when working on projects and base decisions on factual information.
  • Effectively communicate with individuals across multiple organizations and provide tools expertise and support to Engineering, including MS Office Apps, requirements capture databases, change management, and tracking tools.
  • Proven experience in providing analytical and program support in an engineering environment.
  • Must be willing and able travel up to 5% of the time (domestic and international)
