About The Position

Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst I HSPD-12 to support the Tactical Operations Division, Badging and Credentials/HSPD-12 office of the U.S. Marshals Service. This position requires challenging, varied work and involves originality and interpretive skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources
• Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a PIV Card or CAC card office (preferred)
• Prior experience working in a DOJ HSPD-12 office (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals
• Maintain a suspense system for the individual's assigned branch, identifying past due items and ensuring that due dates are met
• Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency and District offices, as well as other contract affiliates
• Provide accurate advice on matters necessary to carry out program policies
• Schedule appointments and maintain files
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to any of the branches in the USMS management on an as-needed basis
