About The Position

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w/Poly
  • Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience
  • Strong background in process analysis and improvement, with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategic solutions
  • Experience with creating and managing budgets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets to build spend plans
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a go-getter
  • Team player

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with sponsor tools such as COGNOS
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • CPA

Responsibilities

  • Plan and build spend plans and Intelligence Program Budget Submission (IPBS), ensuring efficient tracking of funds
  • Manage the process of the five-year budget forecast (IPBS), one-year budget execution plan (Spend Plan), and new projects that arise during the current fiscal year (UFRs)
  • Attend government customer decision meetings, tracking and consolidating comments, and producing updated documentation
  • Compile and perform quality control on IPBS, including the creation and maintenance of tracking and financial spreadsheets to support informed decision-making
  • Track and analyze program-wide inputs for annual spend plans, IPBS activities, and Unfunded Requirements exercises, including monitoring submissions by campaigns, organizing response, managing data, and updating submissions as needed
  • Assist the organization and execution of bi-annual program offsite conferences
  • Monitor program obligations and expenses to ensure accurate financial management
  • Communicate financial status information effectively with program participants
