Program Analyst Associate
About The Position
SAIC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Analyst Associate to join their Radar Restoration team in Bedford, IN. This role involves supporting the Radar Systems program by collaborating with diverse teams of engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure successful execution of radar system development and operations. The associate will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, tracking tasks and deliverables, and supporting budget monitoring. They will also work with cross-functional teams to gather project updates, facilitate meetings, record minutes, and assist in coordinating operational and technical requirements. Responsibilities
- Work with diverse teams of engineers, technicians and project managers to ensure the successful execution of radar system development and operations
- Maintain and update project schedules, task trackers, and deliverable timelines
- Support budget tracking, including monitoring project expenditures, and identifying variances
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather project updates, ensuring alignment with program objectives
- Facilitate meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as required
- Assist in the coordination and execution of operational and technical requirements for the Radar Systems program
