The Program Analyst (Action Officer) role involves engaging with a forward-thinking company that specializes in enhancing intelligence and warfare capabilities through advanced sensor and image processing technologies. The position focuses on addressing Army program needs, managing priorities, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with government clients and internal teams to meet operational goals.

  • Act as an action officer, addressing Army program needs by tracking milestones, managing priorities, and ensuring timely responses to organizational challenges.
  • Collaborate with government clients and high-performing teams to meet operational goals.
  • Oversee program management tasks, including milestone tracking, policy reviews, and staffing processes.
  • Prepare and manage reports, briefs, correspondence, and documentation for Project and Program Managers.
  • Facilitate team and stakeholder alignment through regular updates, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and review policies, directives, and regulations, ensuring compliance and readiness for executive decision-making.
  • Respond to requests using systems like ETMS2, and support program documentation, including action items, RFIs, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members while engaging with government and private-sector executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 7-10 years of experience in program analysis or project management.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, tracking milestones, and prioritizing in fast-paced environments.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Project governance certifications, such as PMP or Agile.
  • Experience with APMS, eMASS, and ETMS2 systems.
  • Knowledge of advanced desktop applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • One or more years as a PMO Analyst in a technology or defense setting.
