The Program Aide plays a vital role in supporting the educational and recreational activities for children. This position involves working closely with the group leaders and children to foster a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and personal growth. The staff member will provide "hands-on" assistance, supervision and mentoring for group leaders. They also provide assistance and supplies for group leaders and instructors and perform other tasks as assigned by the Program Director, Assistant Program Director, and the clerk. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and the ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively.
