Program Aide Driver
About The Position
Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio seeks energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professionals to join its expanding team. VOAGO is dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. As a statewide organization, we have over 800 committed and caring/compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas. The Program Aide Driver will be responsible for provide transportation and other support necessary to enable homeless veterans to secure and maintain gainful employment, thereby increasing their likelihood of long-term economic self-sufficiency and residential stability. Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- two years of transportation and/or clerical experience required
- Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record essential
- must be insurable by Volunteers of America
- A commitment to working with veterans, people in recovery and/or homeless individuals is essential
Nice To Haves
- Clerical and computer experience preferred
- Priority consideration will be given to hiring veterans
