Program Advisors in the Graduation Plus Department serve in various capacities, drawing on each person's unique talents. The general responsibilities of the position include academic and career advising to students in grades 9-12 and current members of our Collegians Program through school visits, as well as working with club members on activities at designated target schools and clubs in Milwaukee. Program Advisors are also expected to assist in planning and implementing diplomas 2 degrees programming and provide presentations at high school and college workshops. Program Advisors should be familiar with the college admissions and financial aid process. This position works an untraditional work schedule. Evening work is required 2 to 3 days per week, occasional weekend work is required, and occasional overnight travel is required.
