Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience strongly preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and energetic with a drive to succeed.
• Strong ability to listen, collect information, and then communicate and assist customers with their needs verbally via phone and email.
• Ability to work well with others, positively impacting the sales results of our team and serving our customers with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
• Contact potential customers through lead follow up process.
• Assess customer needs by following a proven sales process.
• Notate customer interactions in CRM.
• Maintain a knowledge base of current industry and product knowledge.
• Attend on-site sales and product trainings.
• Collaborate with other sales channels to service our health club accounts and existing customer base.
