About The Position

The Program Administrator at Grace Care Homes Inc. is responsible for leading the operations of a new Residential Treatment Home and supporting the operations of two Adult Foster Homes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral science OR 4 years of relevant experience (or a combination of both).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
  • Cleared criminal background check, TB test (within the last 12 months), and drug screening.

  • Experience as a Program Administrator or in a relevant field for 4 years.
  • Ability to commute to Salem, OR 97306.
  • Willingness to relocate before starting work.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee program operations, budgets, and staffing.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
