About The Position

The Program Administrator, SME supports the PM, HR-FM IT Program Management Office (PMO) by performing a variety of duties associated with the in and out processing of military, civilian, and contract personnel. The Project Manager for Human Resources – Force Management (PM, HR-FM) is the Army project office for overseeing acquisition programs for the department’s human capital solutions. The program and its associated offices are chartered to modernize and integrate more than 30 current Army Human Resource systems for readiness, talent management, personnel management, pay activities, force management, recruiting, and tuition assistance that support 1.1 million soldiers and Department of the Army civilians. The team from Chenega-Cyberstar is responsible for providing program management support services across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with an additional 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 15+ years of experience performing relevant work, preferably in support of the federal government
  • Secret clearance required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Shall have the required skills, training, and experience necessary to use the following software program(s): Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), Microsoft Products (SharePoint, Visio, and Project) and Computer Hardware Enterprise Software Solutions Program (CHESS).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with PM, HR-FM, and IT support for provisioning IT equipment.
  • Consulting with the Government support lead for space location.
  • Coordinating with the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) sponsor to ensure and facilitate the ICAM access and registration process.
  • Coordinating with IPPS-A security officer for Defense Information System for Security (DISS) Security Clearance information on incoming personnel.
  • Providing feedback on security clearances.
  • Preparing and updating welcome aboard packets; Coordinating with personnel escorts for incoming personnel.
  • Providing monthly reports for Periodic Review and Interim clearance changes and access to DISS.
  • Maintains and updates the policies and procedures associated with position responsibilities.
  • Providing support for visitor requests.
  • Facilitating access control; Managing and maintaining the in-processing and out-processing procedures for all IPPS-A personnel; Conducting weekly program count of all personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
