The Program Administrator I, Quality Assurance is an integral member of the Department of Quality and Patient Safety (QPS), contributing to the collection and monitoring of data and measures and holding the responsibility for managing improvement projects. The Program Administrator's efforts will be central to hospital regulatory compliance and quality assurance. The Program Administrator will work with stakeholders in all areas of the Institute, with a significant focus on the ambulatory and adult inpatient settings. This individual will also contribute to updating and managing Dana-Farber's Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) plan and coordinate the tracking of associated QAPI goals. This role will coordinate and manage several committees including the Board of Trustees Committee on Quality Improvement Risk Management (QIRM), the Quality Improvement Committee (QIC), other related QAPI committees, and selected improvement activities as identified by QPS or organizational leadership.
