About The Position
The Program Administrator (PA) plays a crucial role in the administration and management of the Family Medicine Residency and Sports Medicine Fellowship Programs. This position ensures compliance with federal and state laws, as well as Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements. The PA supports the Program Directors by coordinating activities that enhance the training experience for residents and fellows, while also overseeing various administrative functions related to training, recruitment, compliance, evaluations, curriculum, and graduation.
