The UAF Community & Technical College is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Program Administrative Coordinators to support its diverse academic programs and student services. With more than 50 certificate, occupational endorsement, and associate degree programs, CTC is committed to preparing workforce-ready graduates and serving Interior Alaska through community-driven education. These positions are central to supporting students, faculty, and staff while ensuring smooth program operations and high-quality service. Program Administrative Coordinators manage program logistics, records, scheduling, and purchasing while assisting with budgets, reporting, and compliance with university policies. They also help students navigate registration, learning systems, and deadlines, while supporting outreach, recruitment, and community engagement efforts. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
