Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm, and support meetings for government VIP customers
  • Monitor and maintain physical security of conference facilities
  • Analyze customer administrative processes and procedures, and recommend improvements where possible

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a high-level corporate or government environment
  • 3 years of experience supporting and administering conferencing technologies such as WebEx, Adobe Connect, Teams and Zoom
  • 3 years of experience enforcing and following facility security requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
