The Sr Program Admin/Production Scheduler/Production Planner role at UNITY Systems involves engaging with customers and internal teams to manage pre-sales service functions. Responsibilities
- Administer the supply-commit process with cross-departmental coordination
- Manage customer orders and demand, resolving conflicts as needed
- Maintain and communicate order status and updates to customers
- Address customer service issues and foster strong relationships
- Prepare and coordinate customer reports and quarterly business reviews
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with QuickBooks
