The Sr. Program Administrator role at UNITY Systems is designed to support the Program Manager by coordinating various pre-sales service tasks and managing supply-commit processes. This position is crucial for ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams, facilitating order management, and maintaining accurate records to support production scheduling and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests and update databases for returns, inventory, and service records.
- Communicate order status and facilitate rescheduling requests with customers.
- Collaborate with purchasing, planning, and production teams to resolve demand-supply conflicts.
- Provide regular updates to customers and maintain demand records.
- Handle engineering changes and ensure customer care through quarterly account reviews and report management.
Requirements
- Mid-level experience in program administration or related field.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in database management and record-keeping.
