About The Position
The Program & Activity Assistant will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents in an upscale Assisted Living Community in Cambridge. This full-time position involves independently leading various enrichment activities and collaborating closely with the Director to implement Habilitation, Montessori, and Validation Methods within the memory care community.
