As a Profit Center Manager, you will plan, direct, and lead all business operations at the Profit Center, ensuring consistent profitability. You will achieve sales, gross profit, market share, and profit sharing goals through the recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the Profit Center team. Setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular evaluations will be key responsibilities. You will also determine targeted customer account potential, establish sales goals, and hold salespeople accountable for achieving those goals. Your role will involve analyzing financial reports to implement strategies that increase sales and margins while managing expenses and assets. Building community relationships to understand the marketplace and ensuring customer service expectations are met will also be crucial. Additionally, you will safeguard all Profit Center assets and complete required safety and compliance training programs.
