About The Position

AI Business School is looking for an experienced and globally minded Professor of Global Expansion and International Market Strategy to join our expanding faculty. At AI Business School, we bring together business strategy, innovation, and technology to prepare professionals for the demands of the modern global economy. As part of our faculty, you will help learners understand how to develop, scale, and manage business operations across borders — combining strategic insight with practical, real-world application. In this role, you will design and deliver courses that explore international business strategy, market entry planning, intercultural management, and global growth leadership. You will help participants develop the skills to identify international opportunities, manage complex business environments, and drive sustainable global expansion.

Requirements

• Strong academic or professional experience in international business, strategy, or management.
• Experience in academia, consulting, or executive leadership with hands-on experience in global expansion, market entry, or international growth management.
• Solid understanding of business development, cross-cultural negotiation, and global economics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• An international outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and teaching of courses focused on global business strategy, international growth, and market development.
• Combine strategic frameworks with case-based learning from leading global companies and start-ups.
• Guide participants through the entire internationalization process — from market analysis and localization to partnership development and operational scaling.
• Mentor learners and contribute to research-based course content.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure that programs reflect current global realities.
