About The Position
The University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking applicants for up to two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in the Department of Botany and the Department of Integrative Biology, starting in Fall 2025. The role focuses on research in evolution, systematics, and ecology, with an emphasis on innovative approaches that integrate fieldwork, experimental methods, theoretical frameworks, data science, and genomic techniques. The successful candidates will be expected to build a robust, externally-funded research program and contribute to the educational mission of the college through teaching and mentoring.
