We are looking for a Professional Surveyor & Mapper, Project Manager to work with our Survey group.

Requirements

• Florida Registration as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper
• B.S. Degree in Geomatics is preferred
• Minimum of four years experience in responsible charge of all aspects of surveying and mapping
• Proficient in Auto Cad Civil 3D and/or Micro Station

Nice To Haves

• FDOT project experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Survey projects that range from small Boundaries to support real-estate transactions to large Topographic Engineering Surveys to support the development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of civil and other engineered projects.
• Responsibilities include: design, survey map and report production, and client deliverables planning, coordination and timely completion of field surveying for assigned projects
• managing multiple projects concurrently
• interact and communicate with the project team, clients, contractors and consultants
• perform site visits as needed
• attend meetings
• coordinate project team
• complete project activities within budget
• write proposals for new work
• utilize QA/QC Protocol
