The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is seeking a full-time Professional Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team! Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, consisting of 12 beds, provides specialized care for stroke and amputation patients, as well as those with joint, bone, muscle, and nerve injuries. Additionally, we care for individuals with neurological disorders and general debilitation. Our team is committed to providing fulfilling and rewarding opportunities for Professional Staff Nurses to continuously improve, both individually and as part of a cohesive team. Nurses work on a rotating schedule to ensure round-the-clock coverage and complete inpatient care. Within our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, nurses observe and support patients' progress throughout their rehabilitation journey. This unit offers an excellent environment for nurses to acquire a diverse range of skills and deepen their understanding of rehabilitative care. The Professional Staff Nurse, a Registered Nurse and integral member of the care delivery team, sets the bar for care standards and quality. This role embodies leadership, partnership, collaboration, and supervision, fostering collaborative relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes across the care spectrum. This position is eligible for up to a generous $20,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment for experienced Registered Nurses with more than 1 year of experience!
