As a Professional Staff Nurse –, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Ambulatory Surgery Center, a fast-paced, high-energy OR environment where no two days are the same. You’ll set the standard for clinical excellence while delivering exceptional, patient-centered surgical care in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary partners. Partner with patients and families to develop daily goals and individualized plans of care that address clinical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Apply critical thinking to assess patient conditions and confidently communicate recommendations to the interdisciplinary team. Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation that supports continuity of care, patient safety, and quality outcomes. Educate, Mentor, and Inspire Apply adult (and pediatric, when applicable) learning principles to educate patients and families throughout the care journey—from admission through discharge. Support and mentor students, new team members, and peers; serve as a preceptor when appropriate. Foster a culture of curiosity, open dialogue, and continuous learning by seeking and providing feedback to improve practice.
