Experience: 0-2 years; BSN preferred Skills: Ability to provide age-appropriate care, apply growth and development principles, assess patient data, and respond to age-specific needs per department policy Interpersonal: Strong relationship-building with all levels of staff and patients/families Work Environment: Able to work effectively in complex settings with shifting priorities and specialized equipment Clinical Judgment: Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead others in applying the nursing process Physical Requirements: Mobility, manual dexterity, and stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and patient positioning

Requirements

  • Current RN license
  • CPR certification (AHA standards) within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to provide age-appropriate care, apply growth and development principles, assess patient data, and respond to age-specific needs per department policy
  • Strong relationship-building with all levels of staff and patients/families
  • Able to work effectively in complex settings with shifting priorities and specialized equipment
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead others in applying the nursing process
  • Mobility, manual dexterity, and stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and patient positioning
